Duties and Responsibilities Manage client orders, support, and complaints across all channels while using Adobe Suite to review artwork guidelines and ensure print-ready files. Deliver exceptional customer service across all channels (phone, email, chat, face-to-face) Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, tracking, billing, and product education Review and communicate artwork guidelines with customers Process order changes, reprints, and timeline adjustments efficiently Provide customer education and product promotion Manage customer complaints with a resolution-focused mindset Make outgoing calls when required in a prompt and professional manner Skills /Qualifications: 2 to 4 years customer service experience across multiple channels 2 to 4 years experience with Adobe Suite Products (Illustrator or Photoshop) Strong multitasking ability Tech-savvy with social platforms and applications People coordination and relationship building skills Effective problem-solving capabilities Preferred Skills Adobe Illustrator experience Understanding of basic art and design concepts (sizing, file types, Pantone colors) Why work for us: You can enjoy benefits as soon as you are hired: HMO, group life Insurance,vacation and sick leave credits.
