What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities) Conduct structured screening interviews for high-volume roles using standard interview frameworks Apply and complete standard scorecards consistently to ensure fair and accurate candidate assessment Prepare and submit batch submission packs that meet client and internal quality standards Work with Talent Ops to manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process, including status updates and expectation alignment, by providing accurate candidate data and readiness signals to support interview scheduling, offer processing, and closure Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS Follow defined recruitment processes to ensure speed, quality, and compliance Work closely with recruiters and account managers to improve interview and offer outcomes Support and help train junior recruiters by sharing best practices, providing feedback on screenings and submissions, and reinforcing structured interviewing standards What We’re Looking For (Required Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field At least 3–5 years of solid recruitment experience, preferably in IT or technical hiring Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs, performance monitoring, and process improvement Proven ability to assess candidates for both competency and cultural fit Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Jobstreet, referrals, databases) Experience managing multiple open roles and building pipelines quickly Comfortable working in a remote setup with minimal supervision Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using ATS and sourcing tools Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Self-driven, accountable, and able to manage priorities independently Maintains and actively grows a personal talent network or candidate database Nice to Have Hands-on experience using Zoho Recruit Experience recruiting for offshore, outsourcing, or agency environments Background in mentoring or training junior recruiters Exposure to high-volume or fast turnaround hiring Familiarity with client-facing recruitment or account coordination Background or hands-on experience in candidate sourcing Senior-level ownership of recruitment outcomes Opportunity to influence recruitment strategy, processes, and tools Exposure to diverse IT roles and client requirements A remote setup that values trust, accountability, and results A role that recognizes experience and allows you to lead by example Work Setup & Practical Details Work Setup: Remote Industry: IT / Technology Seniority Level: Senior Tools: Zoho Recruit (ATS), job boards, sourcing platforms Reporting Line: Works closely with recruitment leadership and account managers
