FULL TIME - WORK FROM HOME We are looking for a creative, highly organized, and proactive Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys both designing high-quality creative assets and managing engaging social media content across multiple platforms. Requirements Excellent written and spoken English You must have experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva etc Experience editing videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut etc You must have your own High config laptop or desktop You must be able to work Mon-Fri between NZT 10am - 8pm (including 1 Hour Break) Flexibility for occasional weekend work. Strong creativity and an excellent eye for detail. Good understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing trends. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Photography and video editing skills are a plus. Your duties will include, but will not be limited to: Designing visually compelling marketing materials, including banners, social media graphics, and promotional materials. Design creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital campaigns. Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns. Plan, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms. Assisting with email marketing campaigns, including designing email templates and tracking campaign performance. Conducting market research and competitor analysis. Managing and updating our website and social media profiles. Other marketing and design-related tasks as assigned. Qualifications Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of design work. Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva etc. Experience in creating digital marketing materials and assets. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management, email marketing tools). Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented.
