Are you an experienced Production Planner ready to play a key role in keeping products moving from production to delivery? We’re looking for a Planner – Co-packers to manage production planning and coordinate closely with external manufacturing partners in a fast-paced Food & Beverage environment. Responsibilities Plan and monitor co-packer production schedules and priorities. Manage inventory, materials, and consumption records. Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and operational requirements. Maintain accurate ERP/EDI transactions and planning data. Validate production reports, inventory balances, and material usage. Follow up on production delays, shortages, shipment discrepancies, and missing documents. Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Quality, and Customer Service teams. Support new product launches, packaging changes, and new co-packer onboarding. Monitor co-packer performance and ensure schedule adherence. Maintain accurate planning and operational documentation. Participate in process improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, inventory, or manufacturing operations. FMCG or F&B industry experience required. Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Experience working with co-packers or third-party manufacturers preferred. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel. Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations. Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionally.
