Job Description The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, product adoption, lead generation, market education, and revenue growth for Pawnec, Vetscribe, and related Pawdel products. This role should go beyond basic social media posting or content scheduling. We need someone who understands growth marketing, customer journeys, conversion funnels, lifecycle communication, audience segmentation, campaign performance, and revenue-oriented marketing execution. The ideal candidate should be able to translate our product value into compelling campaigns for veterinary clinics, pet owners, local government units, institutional partners, and other strategic customer segments. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute growth marketing strategies for Pawnec, Vetscribe, eHealth Card, and related products. Design campaigns that generate qualified leads and support sales conversion. Build marketing funnels for veterinary clinics, pet owners, LGUs, and institutional partners. Create and manage campaigns across relevant channels, including email, social media, landing pages, webinars, events, partnerships, and paid or organic digital campaigns. Work with sales and business development teams to create sales enablement materials, pitch decks, demo follow-up materials, and customer education content. Conduct customer and market research to understand pet owner behavior, veterinary clinic pain points, and adoption barriers. Track campaign performance using metrics such as qualified leads, conversion rates, engagement, activation, retention, and pipeline contribution. Develop lifecycle communication strategies for onboarding, nurturing, reactivation, and retention. Coordinate with design, product, AI, and clinical teams to ensure accurate and compelling product messaging. Run growth experiments and regularly report learnings, results, and next-step recommendations. Ensure that marketing is directly connected to commercial outcomes, not vanity metrics. Required Qualifications and Experience At least 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, or B2B marketing. Proven track record of improving measurable business outcomes such as lead generation, conversion, activation, retention, or revenue contribution. Strong understanding of customer segmentation, funnel design, marketing analytics, and campaign optimization. Strong writing, positioning, and communication skills. Experience using CRM, email marketing, analytics, social media, and campaign management tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B SaaS, health tech, med tech, veterinary, pharma, diagnostics, healthcare services, or startup environments. Experience marketing to clinics, professionals, institutions, LGUs, or enterprise customers. Familiarity with HubSpot, Meta Ads, WebEngage, Product Fruits, LinkedIn, email marketing platforms, landing page tools, or similar systems. Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, analysis, and campaign iteration. Work Location: Hybrid remote in Makati
