The Role We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy professional with excellent spoken and written English to support our digital marketing, business development, and online operations. Key Responsibilities Manage website updates, content, and basic A/B testing. Manage social media posts, videos, keywords, and performance tracking. Conduct market, competitor, and lead-generation research. Manage email newsletters and promotional campaigns. Set up and manage CRM systems such as Splose. Support online course platforms, payment portals, and customer access issues. Post recruitment ads and maintain lead/prospect databases. Assist with product inventory and logistics. Identify and recommend new ideas to generate leads and grow the business. Requirements Excellent spoken and written English. Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, CRM, website management, or business development. Strong research, communication, and organisational skills. Comfortable learning and using different digital tools. Work Schedule: M to F, 8:30am-5:30pm AEST / 6:30am to 3:30pm Work Location: WFH Note: As part of our recruitment process, we conduct background checks on all hired candidates.
