- We're hiring an SEO Specialist (Junior) to support and execute SEO campaigns for US-based clients. This role works closely with project managers and content teams to improve search visibility, traffic, and overall site performance. - We're looking for someone who can work with data, identify opportunities, and contribute to strategy, not just execute tasks. Core Responsibilities - Assist in website audits to identify technical, content, and optimization gaps - Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis aligned with client goals - Implement on-page SEO (content optimization, metadata, internal linking) - Support technical SEO tasks including site structure, indexing, and performance improvements - Contribute to SEO strategy recommendations based on data and insights - Support off-page efforts including outreach and link-building - Assist in Google Business Profile (GBP) setup, optimization, and basic troubleshooting - Coordinate with project managers and content teams to deliver SEO initiatives - Track performance and prepare basic SEO reports - Stay updated on SEO trends, AI-driven search changes, and algorithm updates - Minimum Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing (open to strong fresh graduates from Marketing, IT, Business, Communications) - Working knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals - Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs - Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret data - Clear written and verbal communication skills - Experience working with international clients is a plus - Hire Manila is a recruitment agency with 25 years of combined experience helping businesses find, hire, and onboard the right people fast.
