We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Assistant to support a financial advisory team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, client documentation, data management, and operational support to help financial advisors serve clients efficiently. Responsibilities Manage and maintain client records and databases Assist with client onboarding and documentation processes Prepare, organize, and review client forms and paperwork Update CRM systems and maintain accurate client information Process and track account applications, requests, and transactions Prepare client reports, summaries, and internal documents Coordinate with financial advisors, clients, and third-party providers Monitor pending requirements and follow up on outstanding documents Schedule meetings and manage calendars Assist with email correspondence and client communication Perform data entry and administrative tasks Support compliance documentation and record-keeping Maintain confidentiality of client financial information Qualifications Experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, banking, insurance, or financial services preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Good written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Experience with CRM systems is a plus Ability to handle confidential information professionally Can work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Experience: Financial services Insurance operations Investment/wealth management support Customer service Documentation processing Pay: Php25,000\.00 - Php30,000\.00 per month Benefits Work from home Work Location: Remote
