JOB DEFINITION (2025) The BigFix Administrator shall for purposes of this project perform CIS Checklist Hardening & assist on occasional BigFix Deployments. The customer needs to tighten endpoint security policies by adding CIS checks both out of the box and writing their own custom checks. They need to track required security software installed for Desktops and Servers. In the course of this project, the role also includes assisting with deployment and training for other BigFix Customers. This role will include: ● Writing custom Checks as per customer requirements. ● Occasional relevance writing, fixlets and scripts. ● Assisting with BigFix architecture and deployments This is a 4 hour per day, Project based Position spanning 2 to 3 months. It is a Work From Home (WFH) position. Hours are from 09AM to 1PM Eastern US Time. (09PM to 1AM Philippine Time). II. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Work with the BigFix Software and primarily gain a clear understanding of the customer BigFix architecture. Server and Desktop environment. 2) Review BigFix CIS Checklists out of the box 3) Review Checklists to be deployed and determine which checks will require customization to meet customer security standards. 4) Identify required Security Software to be installed and running on the desktops and servers to build required security software checks. 5) Identify Red Hat Linux (RHEL) and Windows machines to deploy CIS and custom required security software checks. For the Installation & Deployment Tasks: 6) Work with BigFix Engineers to determine Install Environment, identify best practices architecture and install BigFix server and agents. 7) Write relevance 8) Write fixlets 9) Write scripts 10) Collaborate with ESM Technology’s BigFix Engineers and report to the technical supervisor. III. JOB QUALIFICATION Work Experience: ● Minimum of 3 years working with HCL BigFix. ● Must know windows, and Linux very well. ● Must know how to work on VMware or AWS cloud environments. ● Must have experience with deadline driven projects. . ● Meticulous Attention to detail. ● Must be courteous, polite and customer service driven. ● Must be willing to work long hours ● Must be willing to learn about Customer Centricity as well and grow with the organization Pay: Php6,000.00 - Php8,000.00 per week Experience: BigFix Software Administration: 1 year (Required) Work Location: Remote
