Job Description

Company Overview LevelUp is a specialist agency that provides outsourcing solutions to agencies, software vendors, and website owners. For over seven years, we have successfully collaborated with a variety of companies, providing valuable technical, operational, and back-office support. We have a large team of skilled and passionate professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality work for our clients. Position Overview The Marketing Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting global marketing strategies by acting as the primary marketing execution partner for assigned regions. Sitting between the global marketing strategy team and local teams, this role translates campaign briefs into live, tracked, and measurable programs. The ideal candidate is highly active and responsive, managing regional website updates, executing end-to-end campaigns, and serving as the primary point of contact for regional marketing technology (Martech) requests. Reference: 2635-154124 Responsibilities Campaign Execution: Own and deploy regional campaigns end-to-end, including landing page updates, email programs, UTM tracking, registration flows, and post-campaign reporting. Global Alignment: Work closely with regional Growth Leads and Corporate Marketing Operations to align localized campaigns with global marketing calendars. Event Support: Facilitate and execute demand generation programs, events, and webinars for designated regions. Martech Management: Serve as the primary regional contact for Martech questions, tool access, and user requests. Platform Triaging: Coordinate, triage, and route platform-specific requests (e.g., ZoomInfo, Salesforce, website updates) to their respective owners. User & Seat Admin: Manage seat allocations, user access, and tool usage reporting for regional team members. Website Operations: Handle regional website update requests, including content edits, component modifications, URL changes, and UTM setups on Webflow and Salesforce. Salesforce Automations & Reporting: Build and manage Salesforce flows, automations, and custom reporting dashboards to track lead ingestion and campaign performance. Requirements Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a Marketing Operations, Campaign Operations, or Martech Specialist role. Salesforce Expertise: Proven experience building workflows, automations (Flows), and custom dashboards in Salesforce. CMS & Webflow: Hands-on experience making website/landing page updates and component edits independently on Webflow or similar CMS platforms (full builds from scratch are not required) Campaign & Link Tracking: Strong understanding of manual UTM parameter setups and URL structuring for accurate reporting. Tool Triage: Basic familiarity with ZoomInfo or similar data tools to handle access routing and seat management. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional global teams. Shift Availability: Flexibility to support PH night shift hours for seamless overlap with global teams. Detail-Oriented: A structured approach to campaign tracking, quality assurance, and documentation before launching programs. Nice-to-Have Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to assist with custom HTML/CSS snippets, copy formatting, or page tweaks. Familiarity or experience with administering webinar software platforms. Familiarity or prior exposure to SFMC campaign execution, email flows, or platform access management. More Infromation: This is a fully remote position with a standard 40-hour fixed-schedule work week. The exact work schedule depends on the client that you are assigned to, but is often an afternoon or night schedule and so having flexibility when it comes to schedule is important. We have a company culture that focuses on the well-being of its team members, with a good work life balance and respectful work environment. Equipment provided HMO + 13th month pay We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
