UI Designer (JR)

Job Description

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate UI Designer to craft visually engaging, intuitive, and developer-ready interfaces for web and mobile applications. In this role, you will transform business requirements and user needs into elegant, user-centered experiences while maintaining consistency across our digital products. You will work closely with UX Designers, Developers, Product Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to design high-quality interfaces, contribute to scalable design systems, and ensure exceptional visual quality throughout the product development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Design high-fidelity user interfaces, responsive layouts, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications using Figma. Create clean, pixel-perfect, developer-ready designs that align with product goals and user needs. Build, maintain, and enhance scalable design systems, reusable components, and shared design libraries. Establish and uphold visual design standards, including typography, color systems, iconography, spacing, grids, and component guidelines. Design supporting visual assets such as icons, illustrations, and graphics to improve usability and user engagement. Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders throughout the product development process. Participate in design critiques, sprint planning, brainstorming sessions, and other Agile ceremonies. Conduct design quality assurance (QA) and work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation and visual consistency. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability findings, stakeholder input, and product requirements. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and UI design best practices. Required Skills Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, spacing, hierarchy, and composition. Experience designing responsive interfaces for desktop and mobile applications. Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems and reusable UI components. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to deliver polished, consistent, and production-ready designs. Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Figma , including: Auto Layout Components & Variants Variables Interactive Prototyping Design Systems Developer Handoff Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Understanding of front-end development constraints and effective collaboration with developers. Experience with 3D design tools (e.g., Blender or Maya) is a plus but not required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. At least one (1) year of professional experience in UI Design, Product Design, Visual Design, or a similar role. Strong portfolio demonstrating modern web and mobile interfaces, responsive designs, and design systems. Experience designing products for both web and mobile platforms. Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced Agile environment. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in Agile or Scrum software development teams. Basic understanding of UX principles, usability testing, accessibility standards (WCAG), and user-centered design. Familiarity with developer handoff workflows and collaborating with front-end developers. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end development concepts is an advantage. Why Join Us?
