SUMMARY: Supports the sales team by providing data-driven insights and analysis to drive business growth. Responsible for analyzing sales data, managing and monitoring the sales pipeline, and supporting the Sales Team throughout the opportunity process. REQUIRED QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s Degree 4 years of experience directly relate to the role Experience or exposure to FMCG and F&B industry Organization and Productivity Self-motivated, organized, efficient, and highly productive. Able to work effectively with a diverse and highly qualified team in a fast-paced environment. Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Proactive in following up and completing assigned responsibilities. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Able to identify problems, analyze relevant data, and draw appropriate conclusions. Able to solve practical problems involving multiple variables and limited standardized procedures. Able to interpret instructions provided in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule format. Knowledge of the beverage manufacturing industry is an advantage. Computer Skills Advanced proficiency in: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Microsoft PowerPoint Internet-based tools and applications Proficient in email communication. Communication and Interpersonal Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable working directly with Sales teams. Able to communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively. Able to prepare clear reports, business correspondence, and presentations. Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from management Language Skills Strong English communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly encouraged. Able to read and interpret business publications, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations Duties AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales and pipeline data. Partnering with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and ensure they are accurately entered into the pipeline. Monitoring and following up on sales opportunities throughout the sales process, from initial identification through closure utilizing Creatio and Sigma. Working proactively with sales representatives to maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity information, drive follow-up, and support pipeline progression. Preparing pipeline reports and presentations for sales teams and management, highlighting cases, sales stages, trends, opportunities, and areas requiring attention. Providing actionable insights and recommendations to guide sales teams and support business growth. Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives. Sales forecasting: Collaborating with Sales Planning Manager and Demand Planning to predict future sales based on pipeline activity, historical data, and market trends. Participates actively with his/hers Participative Management Process Team. (Attending meetings, updating, or creating indicators, suggestions, team presentations, etc.) Other duties as assigned.
