About The Role • We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Scrum Master to lead business analysis initiatives while facilitating Agile delivery across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has strong stakeholder management skills, experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments, and a proven ability to drive successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements. • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and process flows. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Support delivery readiness activities such as intake management, backlog prioritization, dependency tracking, and UAT coordination. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA teams, and leadership. • Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across business and technology teams. • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. • Support enterprise system enhancements and modernization initiatives. • Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). • 7+ years of Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Software Delivery experience in enterprise environments. • 5+ years of experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, validation, and business process analysis. • Strong experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. • Experience with: • Scrum facilitation • Jira story creation • Backlog management • Agile ceremonies • Cross-functional delivery leadership • Experience working in or supporting mainframe environments , including exposure to: • Legacy integrations • Cloud modernization initiatives • Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Preferred Qualifications • Scrum certifications such as: • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) • Professional Scrum Master (PSM) • SAFe Scrum Master • CSPO or PSPO • Proficiency with: • Microsoft Excel • Microsoft Word • Visio or Lucidchart • Power BI • Strong risk management and prioritization skills. • Experience working with distributed global teams across multiple time zones. • Why Join? • Competitive salary of up to PHP 150,000/month • 100% remote work setup • Opportunity to work with global teams • Long-term contract opportunity (6 months+) • Exposure to enterprise-scale Agile delivery and modernization projects • Interested applicants are encouraged to submit their updated CV.
