Role Description iSupport Worldwide is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Operations Support Staff professional who can combine technical troubleshooting, customer service, and day-to-day operational support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating with customers, and coordinating operational tasks such as warranty job creation and parts ordering. Qualifications ✅ At least 2 years of Technical Support experience ✅ Previous Customer Service experience ✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 ✅ Above-average written and verbal English communication skills ✅ Willing and able to work weekends and shifting schedules ✅ Must be available to start ASAP ✅ High School Graduate or College Graduate ✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience ✅ No specific industry background is required, provided you have the required technical support and customer service experience Current Setup: Work From Home Schedule Shifting Schedule, including weekends Compensation Up to PHP 35,000 Priority: ASAP Starters Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month Benefits Company events Gym membership Health insurance Life insurance Opportunities for promotion Promotion to permanent employee Staff meals provided Work Location: Remote
