Responsibilities • Cut a video down to the most effective message • Crop the video property for YouTube (or social media) • Adjust lighting/color and sound levels • Zoom in and out to highlight the main points • Add sound effects and helpful transitions/pans/zooms • Create a logo introduction from a template • Write relevant text to support key points in the footage • Include relevant B-roll images from stock or client-provided footage • Attend regular team meetings with examples of your work • Joining a client on a video call to guide them on making a better video • Create a less than 60-second YouTube short/clip/reel for each video Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (preferred) • Communicate effectively when writing/reading/speaking English at a tested level of C2 or native proficiency. • Existing portfolio of blog-style YouTube videos you've edited, similar to our work • Available 9am - 5pm CST M-F for real-time team communication • Video editing experience in Abobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere • Bring-your-own-device (BYOD) and internet connection • Agree to a brief paid audition as a contractor before your hire to edit down 10 minutes of raw footage into one completed YouTube video to test your existing skills (examples and instructions provided) • Pass a previous employer reference check, criminal background check, and educational attainment verification check. • Compensation • 1 week paid time off (PTO) • 10 paid holidays • Fully remote work from home • PHP 50,000 - 60,000 monthly • Mission & Vision • We implement education-based direct response marketing for entrepreneurial professional service providers (real estate agents, business brokers, mortgage professionals, etc) building their own businesses on 100% commission.
