About Us Boxes of Houston (BOH) is a fast-growing packaging and industrial supplies distributor based in Houston, Texas. We supply corrugated boxes, tape, stretch film, protective packaging, and material handling equipment to businesses across the region. We're scaling aggressively and building a lean, high-performing remote sales team to help us get there — this is not a call-center gig, it's a real sales role with real earning potential. The Role We're hiring a small number of highly experienced Sales Representatives to drive outbound sales and manage inbound leads for BOH, full-time. This is a performance-driven role: you'll be calling and emailing prospective B2B customers (warehouses, restaurants, retailers, manufacturers), qualifying leads, quoting pricing, and closing deals. This is a career role with a growing company, not a temp gig — we want people who plan to stay and grow with us. What You'll Do Make outbound calls and follow up on inbound leads for packaging and industrial supply needs Qualify prospects and understand their packaging/shipping requirements Quote pricing, negotiate, and close sales via phone and email Maintain accurate records of calls, quotes, and deals in our CRM (Odoo) Hit and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets Build repeat business through strong follow-up and customer service Who We Want We only want the best of the best. If you're not confident you can sell, please don't apply. 4+ years of proven B2B sales, telesales, or outbound call experience (US market experience strongly preferred) — this is not an entry-level role Excellent, fluent English — verbal and written. You must sound sharp and professional on the phone A track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas — be ready to talk numbers in your interview Strong objection-handling and closing skills — not just an order-taker Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently in a remote, target-driven environment Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a working headset Available to work US Central Time business hours Compensation & Structure Base salary + uncapped commission on sales generated Top reps earn significantly above base through commission — the harder you close, the more you make Full-time, long-term position with room to grow as BOH scales How To Apply Apply with your resume and a short video or written pitch on why you're the right fit.
