Fixed Night Shift (2 Days Off/Week) What You'll Do: Assist the Compliance Department with organizing documents and maintaining compliance records. Help prepare materials and gather documentation for audits, examinations, and reviews. Maintain compliance logs, spreadsheets, and tracking reports as directed. Assist with filing, updating, and distributing compliance policies, procedures, and forms. Monitor departmental email inboxes and route compliance-related inquiries to the appropriate team members. Help track regulatory updates and distribute information to the Compliance team. Assist with collecting and organizing vendor and third-party documentation. Support the review process for marketing and advertising materials by tracking submissions and maintaining approval records. Conduct basic research on compliance topics and compile information for management review. Perform other duties as needed. Key Competencies: Attention to Detail Organization and Time Management Analytical Thinking Professional Communication Problem Solving Adaptability Teamwork and Collaboration What You Bring: 1-2 years' work experience in an administrative, banking, mortgage, legal, audit, or compliance role Bachelor’s degree preferred but can be substituted for experience Prior US mortgage, banking, financial services, or administrative/audit experience a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word. Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines.
