Job Description / RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Responsible for the full graphic design output across social, print, digital and environmental channels for active client retainers. ? Responsible for bringing an idea to every brief, including always-on content where nobody has asked for one — proposing creative directions unprompted, within the client's brand system. ? Responsible for pushing the expressive range of each client's brand assets (typography, colour, imagery, illustration, motion, format) to their outer limit, without breaking the system. ? Responsible for social graphics across feed, story, reel, carousel and short-form video for all active client channels. ? Responsible for campaign asset suites — full rollout across paid, organic, owned, email and print from one creative idea. ? Responsible for print and collateral artwork preparation, including print specification and supplier-ready file release. (Note: print production support can be resourced elsewhere if needed — design craft is the priority.) ? Responsible for short-form motion — animated social assets, kinetic type, platform-spec video export. ? Responsible for EDM and digital assets — email design and build, digital display, landing page assets, web banners. ? Responsible for building templates and component libraries that support the studio's automated publishing workflow. ? Responsible for interrogating a brief before starting — raising gaps, ambiguities or conflicts in writing rather than designing around them. ? Responsible for a written end-of-day summary: what shipped, what's in progress, what's blocked, what needs a decision. ? Attending live daily stand-up, weekly design review with the Senior Graphic Designer, weekly forward-planning session with the Digital Marketing Coordinator, and a fortnightly full studio session (fully online). ? Other projects and tasks as assigned by the Senior Graphic Designer or leadership. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: We are looking for someone who has: ? Tools used: Asana, Dropbox, Canva, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma ? 3–6 years' experience in an agency, studio or in-house creative team. ? A strong portfolio showing design craft, typography and composition first — this is the make-or-break skill and will be assessed directly from portfolio review. ? Demonstrated versatility working within different client brand systems, and the ability to match and expand on style guides. ? Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma. ? Ability to work fast and deliver at high volume without dropping craft quality. ? Written English strong enough for independent review of client-facing copy and confident participation in live critique. ? Genuine willingness to sustain a 6:00am PHT start during Australian summer. NICE TO HAVE: ? Motion/After Effects experience (trainable on the job). ? Print production experience — bleeds, stock, supplier liaison (trainable; not central to daily work). ? EDM/email build experience (Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar). ? Experience with templates and component libraries for publishing workflows. ? Illustration or hand-craft capability. ?
