Profile Requirements: Previous demonstrated sales experience; Results driven with a passion for sales; Solid product knowledge; Excellent phone manner; A great communicator with a high level written and verbal skills; Comfortable in an autonomous environment; High level of customer service skills; Excellent negotiation skills; Ability to think outside the square to deliver timely solutions; Ability to deal with conflict in an appropriate manner. Desirable: Ability to achieve successful conflict resolution through negotiation and mediation. Core responsibilities: Work with the Sales Manager and contribute to achieving budget – weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually; Follow up leads; chase holds and convert as many as possible to firm orders; Work flexibly to capture as many customers as possible (ie contacting customers after hours). Confirmation of order acceptance; Collection of deposits and final payments where appropriate; Maintain awareness of new technology and remain updated on new products; Provide accurate and time effective measurement process/delivery to clients; Apply measurement standards but look for effective strategies in order to adapt process to client needs; Ensure appropriate databases are kept updated with clear and concise notes; Communicate all outcomes effectively with daily reporting and feedback as required; Liaise with Sales & Marketing team to close sales/gain additional information required.
