Job Description

& Agent Growth Department: Marketing & Agent Growth Reports To: CEO Location: Remote, with occasional travel for meetings, trainings, and events Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation Base salary plus performance-based compensation tied to marketing services revenue, client growth, retention, and agreed marketing outcomes. About The Company The Company is a growing, relationship-first real estate brokerage focused on helping agents build stronger and more sustainable businesses through leadership, coaching, marketing, technology, AI, systems, and community. The Marketing Services Division provides done-for-you marketing and personal-brand support to help agents stay visible, build relationships, strengthen their brands, and generate new business opportunities. About The Role The Head of Marketing & Agent Growth will lead the Company’s overall marketing strategy, support agents with their individual marketing needs, and drive the growth of the Marketing Services Division. This is a strategic, relationship-driven, and revenue-focused role — not primarily a graphic design or production position. The person in this role will work directly with agents to understand their businesses, identify marketing opportunities, recommend solutions, introduce appropriate marketing services, guide agents through the sales process, and oversee onboarding and fulfillment coordination. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership \ Develop and manage the Company’s overall marketing strategy. \ Create marketing plans that support recruiting, agent retention, training, company growth, culture, and brand awareness. \ Strengthen the Company’s positioning, messaging, and brand voice. \ Turn company goals into campaigns, timelines, and measurable outcomes. \ Lead campaign strategy, messaging, copywriting, and creative direction. \ Maintain marketing, content, training, and event calendars. \ Review campaign performance and recommend improvements. \ Ensure consistent branding across websites, email, social media, community platforms, YouTube, presentations, and agent communications. Agent Marketing & Relationship Management \ Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for agents. \ Build relationships through calls, meetings, trainings, events, and proactive outreach. \ Proactively reach out to agents instead of waiting for marketing requests. \ Understand each agent’s business, goals, challenges, market, budget, and marketing activity. \ Conduct marketing consultations, brand audits, website reviews, and strategy sessions. \ Identify gaps in branding, websites, social media, databases, content, and follow-up systems. \ Recommend practical marketing priorities based on each agent’s goals and resources. \ Help agents improve their personal brand, content, email marketing, websites, social media, and database marketing. \ Follow up after consultations and help agents take action. \ Share recurring agent feedback and needs with leadership. Marketing Services Sales & Growth \ Lead the growth strategy for the Marketing Services Division. \ Understand all available services, pricing, deliverables, timelines, and processes. \ Introduce agents to marketing services through consultations, email, trainings, webinars, events, and direct outreach. \ Conduct discovery calls to understand agent needs. \ Recommend services based on the agent’s goals, budget, and marketing needs. \ Clearly explain services, pricing, timelines, responsibilities, and expectations. \ Confidently ask for the business when there is a strong fit. \ Follow up with prospects and move opportunities through the sales process. \ Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, proposals, enrollments, active clients, renewals, and cancellations. \ Identify upsell and expansion opportunities with existing clients. \ Track leads, conversions, revenue, retention, and cancellations. Client Onboarding \ Own the onboarding experience for new marketing services clients. \ Welcome new clients and explain next steps. \ Confirm agreements, payments, services, timelines, responsibilities, and communication expectations. \ Collect required information, files, brand assets, and account access. \ Set up projects, tasks, deadlines, owners, and workflows in Monday.com. \ Coordinate kickoff meetings and handoffs to the fulfillment team. \ Monitor the first stages of service delivery. \ Check in with clients during their first 30 days. \ Address onboarding concerns and coordinate solutions. \ Maintain organized client records and improve onboarding systems when needed. New Agent Marketing Onboarding \ Participate in the onboarding of newly affiliated agents. \ Introduce agents to available marketing tools, resources, trainings, templates, and support. \ Explain what is included with the brokerage and what is available separately through marketing services. \ Conduct an initial marketing assessment for each new agent. \ Identify the top marketing priorities they should focus on first. \ Coordinate agent bios, headshots, profiles, websites, welcome campaigns, and announcements when needed. \ Follow up after onboarding to encourage adoption and identify additional needs. Content, Messaging & Storytelling \ Lead messaging and content strategy for major company initiatives. \ Develop copy and messaging for recruiting, training, agent recognition, culture, announcements, and marketing services. \ Turn leadership ideas into campaigns, emails, scripts, website copy, presentations, and marketing briefs. \ Develop agent stories, success stories, and recognition content. \ Maintain a consistent, clear, personal, and human brand voice. Training & Event Marketing \ Lead marketing for trainings, webinars, workshops, meetings, and company events. \ Manage the training and event marketing calendar. \ Develop promotional messaging, registration campaigns, reminders, and follow-up communication. \ Coordinate graphics, presentations, landing pages, emails, social posts, and other event materials. \ Track registrations, attendance, participation, and feedback. Websites & Digital Platforms \ Oversee website strategy, structure, messaging, and content. \ Coordinate website updates, landing pages, agent pages, recruiting pages, and service pages. \ Maintain accurate information about services, pricing, processes, testimonials, FAQs, and calls to action. \ Improve website user experience and lead-generation opportunities. \ Coordinate advanced development or integrations with appropriate specialists. \ Ensure website leads are captured, tracked, and followed up. Community, YouTube & Agent Communication \ Manage the strategy and organization of the Company’s online agent community. \ Determine which trainings, resources, announcements, stories, and updates should be shared. \ Encourage agent participation through useful content and personal outreach. \ Oversee the Company’s YouTube content strategy. \ Coordinate video editing, thumbnails, uploads, titles, descriptions, and publishing with the production team. \ Coordinate messaging across email, community platforms, social media, meetings, and other channels. Marketing Operations & Project Management \ Build and manage marketing workflows in Monday.com. \ Coordinate marketing projects from request through completion. \ Ensure every project has a clear owner, deadline, purpose, status, and next step. \ Coordinate designers, editors, website specialists, virtual assistants, contractors, and vendors. \ Manage revisions, approvals, missing information, and project communication. \ Build repeatable systems for campaigns, onboarding, trainings, websites, and recurring marketing activities. \ Document processes so work can be delegated and scaled. \ Monitor team capacity and identify bottlenecks. \ Maintain quality standards without becoming the main production person. Agent Engagement & Retention \ Create initiatives that help agents feel recognized, supported, and connected. \ Develop welcome campaigns, milestone recognition, anniversaries, success stories, and community highlights. \ Identify disengaged agents and coordinate thoughtful outreach. \ Gather feedback about marketing support, trainings, communication, and services. \ Recommend improvements that increase agent satisfaction, participation, productivity, and retention. Role Boundaries The Head of Marketing & Agent Growth is responsible for strategy, relationships, sales, onboarding, coordination, and quality — not being the Company’s primary production person. This Role Owns \ Marketing strategy and brand direction. \ Agent marketing relationships and consultations. \ Agent outreach and marketing assessments. \ Marketing services discovery and sales conversations. \ Sales pipeline management and growth. \ Client onboarding. \ New-agent marketing onboarding. \ Campaign planning and creative direction. \ Copywriting and messaging. \ Training and event marketing. \ Website strategy and messaging. \ Marketing systems and workflows. \ Project coordination and team direction. \ Quality control and reporting. The goal is to hire a marketing and growth leader — not a production coordinator handling every flyer, website edit, or social media request.
