Acting as a direct extension of our clients' marketing teams, you will bridge content creation, strategic distribution, and active community moderation to build high-performing social channels. Location: This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the P hilippines, South Africa, Jamaica, and Pakistan. What You Will Do Create branded social content and repurpose video, copy, and creative assets across multiple organic platforms. Manage posting schedules, maintain content calendars, and publish content seamlessly across social channels. Monitor and respond to comments and DMs on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other active platforms. Address pre-sale and post-purchase questions surfacing on social media, escalating complex issues to the CX team when needed. Align directly with client marketing teams on content direction, brand guidelines, and growth priorities. Track engagement metrics, moderation volume, and content performance to report actionable insights to clients. What We Are Looking For At least 1 year of hands-on Social Media Management experience, including content creation, distribution, and community moderation. Proven proficiency managing multiple social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), preferably for e-commerce brands. Strong skills in design and editing tools such as Adobe, Canva, and CapCut. Hands-on experience with social scheduling and management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer, or Sprout Social). Solid understanding of social analytics, client collaboration, and customer experience best practices. A portfolio showcasing e-commerce design and content creation expertise. Tech Requirements Personal PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor (or equivalent) and 8GB RAM. Reliable internet connection with a minimum 25 Mbps download and upload speed.
