Qualifications Proven experience as a Marketplace Manager or in a similar senior eCommerce leadership role. Strong hands-on experience managing Australian online marketplaces , such as Amazon Australia , Big W, JB Hi-Fi, Chemist Warehouse, The Iconic, Myer, Qantas Marketplace, or similar. Solid knowledge and practical experience using the Shopify backend for product, order, and inventory management. Demonstrated experience leading , mentoring , and managing a team. Strong understanding of marketplace operations , including product listings, catalogue management, pricing, inventory, promotions, and account performance. Ability to analyse marketplace performance and implement strategies to improve sales, visibility, and operational efficiency. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills , with the ability to work independently and take ownership of the role. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills . Highly organized , proactive , and results-driven . Previous experience working with Australian retail or eCommerce businesses is highly preferred.
