Key Responsibilities • Create and modify 2D and 3D CAD drawings based on project requirements and specifications. • Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for manufacturing and fabrication processes. • Generate toolpaths and machining strategies using Mastercam or similar CAD/CAM software. • Review technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to ensure accuracy and manufacturability. • Collaborate with engineers, project coordinators, estimators, and production teams to support project execution. • Troubleshoot programming and machining issues to improve production efficiency and quality. • Ensure CNC programs comply with quality standards, material requirements, and production timelines. • Maintain accurate documentation of drawings, revisions, and CNC programs. • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to design and manufacturing processes. Qualifications • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, CAD/CAM Programmer, or similar role . • Proficiency in Mastercam or other CAD/CAM software • Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, and manufacturing workflows. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. • Experience creating CNC toolpaths, nesting programs, and machine setup documentation. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
