Are you an experienced Construction Estimator looking to work with a growing Australian company on major commercial, infrastructure, rail, and government projects? Bravo Outsourcing is recruiting on behalf of an established Sydney-based specialist concrete contractor that delivers projects across New South Wales and Queensland. This is a long-term remote opportunity for a highly capable estimator who can confidently interpret construction drawings, prepare accurate quotations, and communicate directly with Australian clients. About The Role As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing quotations and tender submissions for specialist concrete services, including: Concrete cutting and sawing Core drilling Concrete grinding and polishing Surface preparation and remediation works Concrete scanning and detection services Concrete sealing and waterproofing You will work closely with management, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accurate pricing and timely submissions. Key Responsibilities Review RFQs, drawings, specifications, and scope documents Perform quantity take-offs from construction drawings Prepare accurate cost estimates covering labour, equipment, materials, and subcontractors Prepare and issue client quotations and tender submissions Communicate with clients regarding scope, pricing, and project requirements Source supplier and subcontractor pricing Prepare variation pricing and scope adjustments Maintain estimating registers and reporting documentation Support project handovers to operations teams What We're Looking ForEssential Skills \& Experience ✔ 3\+ years of estimating experience within construction, civil, subcontracting, or specialist trades ✔ Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and civil drawings ✔ Experience preparing client-facing quotations and tenders ✔ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills ✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills ✔ Experience with estimating software such as Buildsoft, Cubit, Procore, or similar platforms ✔ Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness Highly Regarded Experience with concrete cutting, coring, demolition, grinding, or specialist subcontracting works Experience working with Australian construction companies Knowledge of Australian construction standards and tender processes Experience using Procore, Aconex, or similar construction platforms Why Join Us?
