Job Summary The Executive Assistant L2 will provide comprehensive administrative support to the client’s Executive team, ensuring efficient management of communications, schedules, and travel arrangements. Responsibilities include managing emails and phone calls, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with project management tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. What does a day in the life of an Executive Assistant look like? Manage and prioritize emails and phone calls, ensuring that important messages are relayed on time.
