About The Role • Our Client is an accounting and advisory firm based in Melbourne, Australia. We are seeking a skilled AI Consultant to embed artificial intelligence and automation into their day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on, outcomes-driven role with a clear mandate: make the firm faster, smarter, and more impactful for clients. • You will audit existing workflows, identify AI improvement opportunities, and implement solutions using Claude.ai — from drafting intelligent workpapers to powering client-facing performance dashboards. A key part of this role involves attending and supporting client meetings by preparing and presenting performance matrices, financial data, and analysis. Key Responsibilities • Design and deploy AI agents that operate with consistent, uniform functions across firm departments • Design and present AI-assisted performance matrices, financial analysis, and data reports for client meetings • Identify and streamline repetitive, high-volume tasks across the firm using Claude.ai and automation tools • Map end-to-end operational processes and develop AI integration frameworks firm-wide • Create and maintain intelligent workpapers, document templates, and reporting artifacts • Evaluate the existing software stack and recommend replacements or enhancements where AI can improve or replace tools • Train staff on Claude.ai and Claude Cowork, and build a scalable, reusable AI training framework • Integrate AI across all operations — from client onboarding through to year-end reporting • Continuously review and develop processes to improve efficiency and client outcomes Qualifications • & Requirements • Minimum 1 year of hands-on, demonstrable experience using Claude.ai (Sonnet or Opus models) • Familiar with Claude Cowork for team-based collaboration and workflow automation • Proven experience designing AI agents and implementing uniform functions within an organisation • Experience reviewing and redesigning business processes end-to-end with an AI-first mindset • Demonstrated ability to use Claude AI to meaningfully improve and implement operational workflows • Skilled at identifying and streamlining repetitive, high-volume tasks through automation • Holistic, systems-level thinking — ability to look at an entire operation and identify integration points for AI • Experience presenting numbers, performance matrices, and data analysis Nice to Have • Experience training non-technical staff on AI tools and creating repeatable learning programs • Ability to build structured training frameworks, SOPs, and onboarding materials for AI adoption • Workpaper creation and financial document development experience • Experience evaluating and replacing legacy software with AI-powered alternatives • Key Competencies • Advanced prompt engineering • AI workflow and agent design • Process mapping & re-engineering • Software evaluation & stack analysis • Data presentation & visualization • Training design and delivery • Document and workpaper creation • Self-directed and initiative-driven • Strong written and verbal communicator • Comfortable presenting to clients • Detail-oriented and structured thinker • Collaborative team contributor • Comfortable with ambiguity and iteration • Continuous learner — follows AI developments What We Offer • Permanent Work From Home setup • Stable, long-term full-time opportunity • Competitive compensation package • Guaranteed 13th-Month Pay • Company-issued laptop and necessary work equipment • Comprehensive HMO coverage, including dental and life insurance • 8 Paid Vacation Leaves and 6 Paid Sick Leaves annually • Paid Birthday Leave, plus a birthday cake celebration • Tenure-based incentives and quarterly employee rewards • Complimentary meal provided every first Friday of the month
