Role Overview In this position, you will deliver real-time, high-accuracy translation and interpretation between English and Spanish-speaking patients and healthcare professionals, maintaining terminology accuracy, patient confidentiality, and empathetic communication. What You’ll Do Provide accurate, real-time inbound medical translation/interpretation between English and Spanish. Preserve context, meaning, and precise medical terminology during healthcare interactions. Adhere strictly to patient privacy and data security standards. Complete project documentation, workflows, and mandatory assessments accurately. Complete required training and client certification before going live. What We Are Looking For Language Proficiency: B2 to C1 level proficiency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). Medical Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical terminology in both languages. Background or degree in healthcare, nursing, pharmacy, or allied health is strongly preferred. Experience: Prior experience in medical interpretation, translation, healthcare operations, or clinical settings is a major advantage (certifications like CMI/NBCMI are a plus).
