SMS Hospitality Network Remote / Work From Home Full-Time About Us SMS Hospitality Network is a growing hospitality and tourism organization operating hotels, resorts, travel, and related hospitality businesses across the Philippines. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our client base and generate qualified business opportunities. Job Summary The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying, researching, and generating potential leads for our hospitality, travel, and corporate business segments. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct online research to identify prospective clients and business opportunities. Generate and qualify leads through various channels including LinkedIn, social media, online directories, email campaigns, and databases. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects. Collect and organize lead information in spreadsheets and CRM systems. Perform email outreach and initial communication with prospective clients. Schedule appointments and meetings for the Sales Team. Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and results. Prepare daily and weekly lead generation reports. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support business development initiatives. Continuously identify new lead sources and market opportunities. Qualifications Previous experience in Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Sales Support, Telemarketing, Virtual Assistance, or Business Development is preferred. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong internet research and data gathering skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience using LinkedIn, CRM systems, email marketing tools, or lead generation software is an advantage. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup.
