About The Role • Kin Financial is seeking an experienced offshore Broker Support professional. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Australian brokerages who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting brokers, streamlining processes, and delivering exceptional client service. You will play a key role in assisting with loan applications, managing documentation, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the team Key Responsibilities • Contact clients to collect supporting documents (ID, payslips, tax returns, bank statements, etc.). • Review documents to ensure the correct documents have been sent and request new documents if required • Rename documents accurately according to the standard naming convention • Track where the clients file is at and report to broker when requested • Assist broker with pricing with lenders • Assist broker and team with bank valuations • Other administrative ad hoc requirements • What’s on Offer: • Work from home, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm Sydney time • Competitive salary with monthly performance bonuses • Christmas and EOFY bonuses • Immediate start • Equipment provided • HMO benefits
