Shopify Developer & Web Growth Engineer Remote | LATAM or Philippines Part-Time | 30 Hours per Week $15-$20 USD per Hour (or $2,598 - $3,464 USD per month) What You'll Do Shopify Development & Conversion Optimization Own and maintain the company's primary Shopify storefront Build and optimize quiz funnels, upsells, bundles, pop-ups, and conversion-focused experiences Develop landing pages with dynamic content and embedded business logic Implement educational and interactive customer journeys Improve average order value (AOV), retention, and subscription performance Support lifecycle marketing initiatives through tracking, segmentation, and automation CRM, Integrations & Automation Integrate Shopify with GoHighLevel CRM and related marketing systems Manage and optimize integrations with Klaviyo, subscription platforms, referral tools, and review platforms Customize applications using APIs, webhooks, Shopify Functions, and automation tools Build and maintain Shopify Flows and backend automation systems Ensure reliable data flow across the company's technology ecosystem Systems Development & Growth Engineering Develop lightweight customer-facing portals for subscriptions, order management, and customer information Build integrations between CRM, ecommerce, and healthcare-related systems Support the development of a WordPress/WooCommerce sister brand Maintain seamless tracking, reporting, and data synchronization across platforms Create internal tools, dashboards, and automation systems that improve operational efficiency Required Qualifications 3+ years of strong hands-on Shopify development experience 3+ years of experience building conversion-focused funnels, quizzes, landing pages, and ecommerce experiences 1+ years of experience with Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, and lifecycle marketing platforms Proficiency working with APIs, webhooks, Shopify Functions, and automation tools 1+ years of Experience with subscription management platforms such as Skio or similar solutions Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset Daily use of AI tools to improve productivity and automate workflows Preferred Qualifications Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce Healthcare, telehealth, pharmacy, or patient portal experience CRM integration experience within ecommerce environments Experience with analytics, experimentation, and performance monitoring tools Experience building internal tools, dashboards, or customer management systems What Success Looks Like Improved conversion rates and customer acquisition performance Increased average order value and customer retention Scalable integrations and automation systems Efficient cross-platform data flow and reporting Faster deployment of growth initiatives and experiments
