Job Overview We are looking for a USRN Training Specialist to support learning and development initiatives for a healthcare account. This role is responsible for delivering training programs, facilitating knowledge transfer, and helping new and existing team members build the skills needed to perform successfully. Key Responsibilities Deliver training sessions for new hires and existing employees. Facilitate discussions, demonstrations, and learning activities in a virtual or classroom setting. Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching and performance feedback. Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure training objectives are met. Maintain training materials and assist with process updates when needed. Track training completion and prepare basic training reports. Qualifications Active USRN license from any U.S. state. At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a BPO or healthcare operations environment. Experience in Utilization Review is preferred. Previous experience in training, coaching, or knowledge transfer is an advantage. Candidates with an academic or teaching background are encouraged to apply. Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
