Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Lead Sourcing and Research • Independently research and identify prospective clients based on the company’s ideal customer profile. • Source leads using platforms such as: • LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Similar lead-generation and enrichment tools • Verify contact information and ensure lead data is accurate and relevant. • Identify decision-makers and key contacts within target organisations. • Prospect List Building • Build, organise, and maintain segmented prospect lists. • Categorise leads based on industry, location, company size, role, buying intent, or other relevant criteria. • Maintain clean and accurate lead databases. • Regularly review and update prospect information. • Cold Email Outreach • Plan and execute cold email campaigns designed to generate qualified opportunities. • Write persuasive email sequences, follow-up messages, and calls to action. • Create appropriate outreach cadences based on the target audience. • Monitor replies and engage interested prospects professionally. • Adjust messaging based on lead behaviour and campaign performance. • Email Marketing • Plan, write, schedule, and send email marketing campaigns, including: • Nurture campaigns • Promotional emails • Re-engagement campaigns • Automated sequences • Manage campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar tools. • Maintain appropriate segmentation and campaign personalisation. • Ensure messaging is clear, relevant, and aligned with the company’s brand. • Lead Qualification • Review and qualify leads before handing them over to the sales team. • Assess prospects based on agreed qualification criteria. • Identify buying intent, business needs, relevance, and sales readiness. • Prioritise high-potential leads for follow-up. • CRM and Pipeline Management • Record all leads, responses, follow-ups, and campaign activity in the company’s CRM. • Maintain accurate pipeline stages and lead statuses. • Ensure no qualified lead or important response is missed. • Keep records organised and updated consistently. • Campaign Testing and Optimisation • Conduct A/B testing on: • Subject lines • Email copy • Calls to action • Personalisation • Sending schedules • Follow-up frequency • Analyse campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement. • Refine targeting and messaging based on performance data. • Provide regular reports covering: • Leads sourced • Emails sent • Open rates • Reply rates • Positive responses • Qualified leads generated • Campaign performance • Share clear recommendations to improve targeting, outreach quality, and lead conversion. About You • Proven experience in lead generation, cold outreach, email marketing, or a related role. • Demonstrated ability to independently source and qualify leads. • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, or similar platforms. • Familiarity with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Instantly, Smartlead, or other email marketing and automation tools. • Strong written English and persuasive copywriting skills. • Comfortable writing cold emails, follow-up sequences, newsletters, and nurture campaigns. • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple campaigns and prospect lists. • Self-motivated and comfortable working with minimal supervision. • Analytical and confident using campaign data to improve performance. • Reliable in maintaining CRM records, reports, and follow-up schedules. • Able to take ownership of a pipeline from initial research through qualification. • Trial-Period Performance Measures • During the one-month trial, performance may be assessed using the following key indicators: • Approximately 50–100 relevant leads sourced per week , depending on the target market and ideal customer profile. • Approximately 150–300 outreach emails sent per week . • A target open rate of 40% or higher . • A target reply rate of approximately 8–15% . • Approximately 10–20 qualified leads generated during the trial period , depending on the market and campaign. • Consistent CRM updates, with all leads and activities recorded weekly. • Clear and reliable reporting on campaign activity, results, and recommendations. • These targets may be adjusted depending on the industry, audience size, campaign maturity, and complexity of the ideal customer profile. • Why Join This Opportunity? • Take ownership of the full lead-generation process. • Work in a role where your results directly contribute to company growth. • Use modern prospecting, automation, and email marketing platforms. • Have the freedom to test strategies and improve campaign performance. • Gain the opportunity to move into a longer-term engagement following a successful trial. • Work closely with a growing and innovation-focused business.
