Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain product listings across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and TikTok Shop • Monitor inventory levels across all channels and flag restocking needs or discrepancies • Respond to customer emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Track account health dashboards and escalate compliance alerts, policy flags, or performance notifications from marketplaces • Keep product information, pricing, and imagery accurate and consistent across all platforms • Support the onboarding and setup of new marketplace channels as the brand expands • Assist with marketplace advertising campaigns and monitor ad performance as needed • Provide regular status updates on channel activity, order volume, and any issues requiring attention • Coordinate with the business owner on compliance requirements, particularly related to children's product regulations Mandatory Skills: • Proven experience managing product listings and operations on Amazon Seller Central • Hands-on experience with Shopify store management • Familiarity with managing multiple e-commerce channels at once • Strong understanding of inventory monitoring, product catalog management, and order workflows • Experience handling customer service communications across e-commerce platforms • Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently with minimal oversight • Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to flagging issues and providing updates Preferred Skills: • Experience with Walmart Marketplace seller tools and setup • Familiarity with TikTok Shop seller operations and compliance requirements • Experience with e-commerce advertising (Amazon PPC, Sponsored Products, or similar) • Background in children's products, toys, or educational product categories • Understanding of marketplace compliance standards including product safety and category-specific regulations • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize tasks across platforms • Experience supporting website redesigns or brand transitions on Shopify • Why Join Us: This is an exciting chance to join a growing e-commerce brand during a pivotal expansion phase.
