About The Role We are looking for a LinkedIn Copywriter to work directly with the CEO of an international commodities trading business. Your primary responsibility will be to transform the CEO's ideas, voice notes, business experiences, and industry insights into engaging LinkedIn posts that build credibility, thought leadership, and meaningful conversations with professionals in the global trade industry. This is a part-time, flexible, output-based role. There are no fixed working hours, as long as deadlines are met and communication is maintained. Responsibilities Write approximately 3–4 LinkedIn captions per week . Transform voice notes, bullet points, rough ideas, and business discussions into polished LinkedIn posts. Maintain the CEO's professional voice and writing style. Create engaging hooks that encourage readers to continue reading. Structure posts for readability and engagement. Edit captions based on feedback when necessary. Submit completed captions within agreed timelines. What We Will Provide You won't be expected to come up with everything from scratch. The CEO will provide: Topics and post ideas Voice notes Business experiences Industry insights Bullet points or rough drafts Key messages to communicate Your role is to turn these into compelling LinkedIn content while preserving the CEO's authentic voice. Qualifications We're looking for someone who: Has excellent written English. Has experience writing LinkedIn posts, articles, blogs, newsletters, or other professional content. Can write in a natural, engaging, and authentic voice. Has strong storytelling and copywriting skills. Can organize rough ideas into clear, compelling LinkedIn posts. Has excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills. Can adapt to the CEO's tone of voice and writing style. Is open to feedback and able to refine content based on revisions. Is reliable, detail-oriented, and consistently meets deadlines. Preferred (Not Required) Experience or interest in: Import & Export International Trade Commodity Trading Supply Chain & Logistics Executive or Founder Personal Branding B2B Marketing Industry experience is a plus but not required. It does not include: LinkedIn account management Scheduling or publishing posts Community management Graphic design Video editing Content strategy Social media management Analytics or reporting Lead generation LinkedIn outreach Heavy research beyond the information provided by the CEO Work Arrangement Remote Part-time Flexible schedule Output-based (no fixed daily working hours) Compensation USD $100 per month Approximately 12–16 LinkedIn captions per month (3–4 per week) Trial Period The selected candidate will begin with a one-month trial period to evaluate writing quality, communication, reliability, and ability to capture the CEO's voice. Important Note We value original, human-written content . While writing tools may be used for basic editing or proofreading, the final work should reflect thoughtful writing and sound authentic, not AI-generated or generic. Candidates should be able to think critically, capture the CEO's perspective, and produce content that feels personal, credible, and professional.
