About The Role • We're hiring AI Writers who specialize in transforming customer feedback, service data, and product insights into clear, engaging, and trustworthy articles. You'll write content that helps users make informed decisions — whether it's comparing tutoring platforms, reviewing virtual assistant services, or explaining how a contact center operates. This is not a copy-paste gig. We're looking for writers who can synthesize diverse inputs, spot patterns in customer sentiment, and write with empathy and authority. • What You'll Write • Service Reviews: Deep dives into platforms, agencies, and tools based on user feedback and performance data • Customer Experience Summaries: Articles that highlight real user journeys, pain points, and success stories • Informational Guides: How-to articles, explainer pieces, and comparison breakdowns for services across sectors (education, virtual assistance, contact centers, etc.) Who You Are • A clear, structured thinker who can turn messy data into clean narratives • Experienced in writing reviews, summaries, or guides that help people make smart choices • Skilled at reading tone — knowing when to be neutral, persuasive, or empathetic • Comfortable working with AI tools and adapting your writing for machine learning use cases • Our Hiring Funnel • We use a three-stage process to find A-players: • Filter: Application form with embedded prompts to test commitment and attention to detail • Test: Timed writing simulation based on real customer data • Challenge: Live task where you'll write a review or guide with minimal input — showing how you "figure it out" Schedule • Morning Shift • Perks & Benefits: • Work From Home, Monday to Friday • Leave Credits • 13th Month Pay
