Responsibilities About the team This team helps Mom, Baby and Health marketplace sellers and brands succeed by guiding them through store setup, performance optimization, and campaign execution. We provide strategic insights, foster influencer collaborations, and ensure brands thrive on the platform. In this role, you are required to acquire, incubate and nurture the creators for the Mom, Baby and Health Category. Responsibilities Growing and nurturing creators via both one-to-one and community-wide management and communication - Develop quarterly and monthly operation plans for creators to increase their content production diligence and increase creators' earning potential on eCommerce Platform. - Organise activities for creators to improve content quality and understanding of eCommerce policies both online and offline - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute creator-centric campaigns to drive creator growth - Coordinate with brands and sellers to build partnerships and collaborations with creators to achieve healthy platform growth - Manage and control creator budget planning to ensure healthy return on investment for platform - Become familiar with internal creator management tools and e-commerce related functions for creators - Ensure smooth delivery and communications between all creators-related stakeholders both internally and externally - Support all creator-related operational tasks when required Qualifications Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field - 3+ years of experience in community management or influencer management - Proven ability to plan and execute online and offline event Preferred Qualifications Prior experience as a content creator is a plus - Analytical and data-driven mindset to track performance - Prior experience in e-commerce is strongly preferred About Us Founded in 2012, ByteDance's mission is to inspire creativity and enrich life.
