Remote | Full-Time Independent Contractor SourceOne Global is looking for a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing team. We’re looking for someone who knows how to find great candidates—not just wait for applications to come in. You’ll manage recruitment across different roles, proactively source talent, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and help keep our hiring process organized and moving quickly. Experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies or clients is strongly preferred. Previous experience working as a Virtual Assistant (VA) or in a remote support role is a plus. What You’ll Do Manage recruitment from job posting through candidate endorsement and interview coordination Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook groups, job boards, and other recruiting channels Conduct initial resume screening and candidate interviews Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and upcoming roles Write and optimize job postings for different platforms and target markets Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain accurate applicant trackers and recruitment records Research new sourcing channels, communities, and recruitment strategies Provide regular updates on hiring pipelines, candidate quality, and recruitment progress Support other recruitment and people-related administrative tasks as needed What We’re Looking For Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or candidate sourcing U.S. recruitment experience strongly preferred Experience recruiting for multiple types of roles simultaneously Strong candidate sourcing skills, particularly using LinkedIn and Indeed Previous Virtual Assistant or remote work experience is an advantage Excellent written and spoken English Comfortable conducting candidate screening interviews Highly organized and able to manage multiple open positions and deadlines Resourceful and proactive—you’re comfortable finding new ways to reach the right candidates Strong follow-up and communication skills Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment Nice to Have Experience recruiting both U.S. and international/remote talent Experience sourcing candidates in the Philippines, LATAM, or other international markets Familiarity with Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing techniques Experience with Google Workspace, applicant trackers, ATS platforms, or recruitment databases Experience supporting a fast-growing U.S.-based company Engagement This is a remote, full-time independent contractor engagement with SourceOne Global. You’ll work closely with our team and take ownership of day-to-day recruiting and candidate sourcing activities.
