This role is responsible for managing vendor invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely payments. If you have strong organizational skills and experience in accounts payable processes , we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Process and verify vendor invoices and expense reports accurately Ensure timely payment of invoices in accordance with company policies Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies Maintain organized and accurate accounts payable records Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding payment inquiries Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date Support the accounting team with additional administrative and financial tasks as needed Qualifications Proven experience as an Accounts Payable, Accounting Manager, or similar role Strong understanding of AP processes and basic accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Technical Requirements: Own computer setup at home with dual monitors High-speed internet connection Backup device/power and internet connection Webcam ( on-camera required during working hours ) USB-type headset with noise-cancellation feature Dedicated workspace free from noise and distractions Job Type: Full-time Benefits Paid training Pay raise Career Advancement opportunities Work from home Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From Php55,000.00 per month Benefits Paid training Pay raise Work from home Work Location: Remote
