Schedule Full-time, Monday to Friday Working Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Time Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Technical Project Manager to lead client-facing website, web app, and digital projects from kickoff through completion. This person will be the connection between clients and internal teams. The role is responsible for keeping projects organized, managing timelines, running sprint-based workflows, coordinating technical and creative teams, handling client communication, and making sure projects move forward without missing details. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident leading meetings, technically knowledgeable, experienced in client management, and comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time. We are also looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, easy to work with, and able to build strong relationships with both clients and internal teams. Main Purpose of the Role Manage technical projects from kickoff through launch Serve as the main point of coordination between clients and internal teams Manage projects using Scrum and sprint-based workflows Keep timelines, deliverables, dependencies, approvals, and priorities organized Translate client requests into clear internal tasks and sprint priorities Identify blockers and delays early Keep clients informed and confident throughout the project Support QA before client reviews, launches, and major releases Help improve project management processes as the company grows Core ResponsibilitiesClient Management Lead client kickoffs, status calls, project reviews, and regular check-ins Manage direct communication with clients throughout the project Build strong and professional client relationships Understand each client’s business goals and keep projects aligned with them Set clear expectations around timelines, scope, deliverables, approvals, and dependencies Follow up on missing content, assets, access, feedback, and approvals Explain technical topics in simple language Organize client feedback and turn requests into clear internal action items Manage changing priorities without losing track of deadlines Document commitments, decisions, and next steps Follow up after meetings to make sure responsibilities and deadlines are clear Take initiative and make recommendations when the next step is not obvious Project Management Manage multiple website, web app, and technical projects at the same time Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables Track deadlines, blockers, dependencies, revisions, and approvals Coordinate developers, UI/UX designers, SEO specialists, copywriters, marketing teams, client success managers, and leadership Make sure handoffs between departments are clear Hold internal team members accountable for assigned tasks and deadlines Identify risks or delays before they affect the project Keep project documentation, meeting notes, action items, and client records organized Provide clear project updates to clients and internal stakeholders Maintain visibility across project status, priorities, and next steps Scrum and Sprint Management Manage projects using Scrum and Agile workflows Organize and maintain project backlogs Help break larger requirements into smaller tasks or user stories Run sprint planning sessions Facilitate regular stand-ups Run sprint reviews and retrospectives Track sprint goals, priorities, blockers, and unfinished work Make sure sprint commitments are realistic and clearly assigned Manage carryover tasks between sprints Keep developers focused on agreed sprint priorities Make sure requirements are clear before development starts Adjust sprint priorities when project needs change Technical Production Coordination Understand the typical lifecycle of websites, web apps, and digital systems Coordinate discovery, planning, design, development, QA, approval, and launch Review project requirements before assigning work Coordinate design-to-development handoffs Make sure technical requirements, design, copy, SEO, and functionality stay aligned Track revisions and technical feedback Support staging reviews and launch preparation Coordinate post-launch fixes and follow-up work QA and Delivery Review website and web app builds before client presentation or launch Test links, buttons, menus, forms, navigation, and user flows Check desktop, tablet, and mobile responsiveness Review layout, content placement, and implementation quality Compare builds against approved designs and requirements Identify visible bugs and inconsistencies Document bugs clearly for developers Add bugs and revisions to the correct backlog or sprint Follow up on fixes Retest completed work before closing issues Help make sure projects are ready before launch or release Technical Knowledge Candidates should have a strong working understanding of: Website development projects Website redesigns and migrations Website and web app project lifecycles Website launches and ongoing updates UI/UX design handoffs QA and testing processes SEO fundamentals Technical and on-page SEO APIs and integrations Basic database concepts Hosting and deployment Domains and DNS Project management and collaboration platforms Agile and Scrum workflows You do not need to be a developer, but you should understand technical projects well enough to manage developers, recognize missing requirements, ask the right questions, and explain next steps clearly to clients. Required Qualifications Previous experience as a Technical Project Manager, Digital Project Manager, Web Project Manager, or similar role Experience managing website, web app, software, or technical development projects Experience managing developers or technical teams Experience working directly with U.S.-based business owners or clients Strong client management and client-facing communication experience Experience leading client meetings and project calls Experience working with Scrum or Agile workflows Experience running sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Understanding of backlogs, user stories, sprint cycles, blockers, and sprint goals Experience coordinating developers, designers, SEO specialists, copywriters, and other digital teams Experience performing website or web app QA Strong organization and attention to detail Strong follow-through and accountability Strong written and verbal English communication skills Comfortable managing several clients and projects at the same time Comfortable working across different departments and personalities Able to take initiative without constant direction Able to anticipate project needs and possible blockers Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Trello, or similar tools Reliable availability during required working hours Preferred Qualifications Agency experience Experience managing several client accounts at the same time Scrum Master or Agile project management experience Experience managing web app or software development sprints Hands-on experience building or maintaining websites Basic understanding of WordPress, Elementor, Shopify, Webflow, or similar platforms Basic understanding of APIs, databases, hosting, DNS, integrations, and deployment Experience working with remote technical teams Experience improving internal project management processes Pay: From Php420.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
