Qualifications Possess a Bachelor's degree in any Engineering fields; Experience in procurement, import services or supply chain is an advantage Possesses assertiveness in decision-making for the proper selection of vendors and sources of supply Has good communication skills for negotiation purposes Fresh graduates with very good scholastic records may be acceptable
