We're looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle inbound phone calls for automotive repair shops and car rental businesses. If you have experience in the automotive industry, enjoy helping customers over the phone, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Answer 100–200 inbound calls per day professionally and efficiently. Schedule vehicle repair appointments and rental reservations. Assist customers with service inquiries, updates, and basic troubleshooting. Coordinate with technicians and shop staff regarding schedules and availability. Update customer information and service records. Ensure every customer receives exceptional service. Requirements Previous experience answering calls for an auto repair shop , automotive service center , or car rental business . Hands-on experience using Tekmetric (required). Strong understanding of automotive repair scheduling and workflow. Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written). Comfortable handling a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism. Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office. Able to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Alaska Time . Preferred Qualifications Experience with automotive CRM or shop management software. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair terminology.
