Account Manager – Digital Marketing Employment Type: Full-Time Work Setup: Remote Schedule 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST Salary: Competitive, based on skills and experience Job Summary We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager to manage client relationships and coordinate marketing campaigns across paid advertising, SEO, email/SMS, and CRM. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, working closely with internal marketing teams to ensure campaigns stay aligned with client goals, deadlines, and performance targets. About The Role Our client is a digital marketing agency that helps service-based businesses, contractors, home service companies, and local brands generate qualified leads and grow revenue. As an Account Manager, you’ll manage day-to-day client relationships, coordinate internal teams, review campaign performance, and proactively identify opportunities to improve results. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Manage client meetings, communication, follow-ups, and expectations. Understand client goals and translate them into clear action items for internal teams. Coordinate with Paid Media, SEO, Creative, and Automation teams. Monitor campaign performance and communicate results and recommendations. Review marketing reports and connect performance metrics to business outcomes. Identify opportunities to improve lead generation and campaign performance. Track deliverables, deadlines, and client requests. Flag issues proactively and coordinate solutions with internal teams. Support client onboarding and performance review meetings. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, digital marketing, or a similar role. Experience working with a digital marketing agency is preferred. Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and digital marketing fundamentals. Strong client communication and relationship management skills. Excellent written and verbal English communication. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines. Proactive, analytical, and solutions-oriented approach. Preferred Qualifications Experience with service-based businesses, contractors, or local businesses. Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms. Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools. Understanding of email/SMS marketing. Familiarity with GA4, conversion tracking, and reporting dashboards.
