Makati (Sports) Club, Inc., a leading player in the Food & Beverages industry, seeks a Food Checker/ Sales Encoder to support financial management and streamline operational processes. Prepares daily abstract of sales; Records issuance of order slips; Collects and records all unused orderslips every end of the shift and to monitor its movements and to check the series used; Prepares chits for signature of members; Checks series of chits and order slips to determine missing and unsigned chits and to check unaccounted order slips; Compares and attached duplicate copy of order slips to the originals to check accuracy of orders Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in finance or operations roles. Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with financial reporting. Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in financial analysis, support operations teams, and prepare reports. Working Conditions: Standard office environment with possible remote work flexibility.
