About The Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for Australian clients, with a strong focus on accounting and finance roles. The ideal candidate has proven experience in an outsourcing or offshoring environment , successfully hiring professionals such as Senior Tax Accountants, Bookkeepers, SMSF Accountants, Auditors, Payroll Officers, and other accounting specialists. You will work closely with clients and hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent while meeting recruitment targets and timelines. Key Responsibilities 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience , with at least 3 years in an outsourcing or offshoring company Proven experience recruiting for Australian accounting and finance roles , including Senior Tax Accountants, Bookkeepers, SMSF Accountants, Payroll Officers, and similar positions is required Strong experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, SEEK, Indeed, Facebook, and other recruitment platforms Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies while consistently meeting hiring targets and deadlines Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate both technical qualifications and cultural fit Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates Strong organizational, time management, and stakeholder management skills Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment CRM Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration , or a related field Professional recruitment certification is an advantage Experience recruiting for Australian accounting firms or professional services is required Knowledge of the Australian accounting industry and recruitment market is required Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month Benefits Company Christmas gift Company events Health insurance Life insurance Opportunities for promotion Paid training Promotion to permanent employee Work from home Work Location: Remote
