We’re Hiring: 2 x Senior Finance Officers Remote | Full-time | Philippines Handled is recruiting on behalf of a client operating in the SaaS sector. We are looking for two experienced Bookkeepers (Finance Officers) to support its growing global business, with operations across Australia, the UAE and the US. The roles will support day-to-day finance operations across accounts payable and accounts receivable, including: Processing supplier invoices Customer billing and invoicing Payments, expenses and banking Collections and debtor management Revenue and subscription billing support Renewals and cash allocations Multi-currency transactions and receipts Bank, supplier and customer reconciliations Month-end reporting Maintaining accurate financial records About you Ideally, you will have: Relevant accounting or finance qualifications At least two years of AU bookkeeping or finance experience Experience supporting Australian or US businesses or clients Experience working within or supporting a SaaS business Strong Xero and Microsoft Excel skills Experience using ERP or financial management systems Excellent attention to detail Clear written and verbal English communication skills The ability to work independently in a remote environment Experience working in a BPO or offshore environment would be highly regarded.
