- We are looking for a candidate with proven, hands-on experience in managing and growing social media accounts as well as handling e-commerce. Someone who has directly built and scaled social media presence and understands how to drive online sales and engagement. - Content - Write captions, plan and schedule posts across 2-4 platforms - Coordinate with designers or shoot/edit simple visuals and short-form videos (Reels, TikTok) - Maintain a monthly content calendar - Account Growth - Develop and execute strategies to grow followers and increase organic reach - Identify trends and opportunities to boost engagement and brand visibility - E-Commerce Support - Create content that drives traffic and conversions to the online store - Support product launches, promotions, and sales campaigns through social media - Community Management - Respond to comments and DMs - Monitor brand mentions and flag issues - Campaigns - Support product launches and promotional campaigns - Coordinate with influencers or KOLs - Paid Social (sometimes) - Run basic boosted posts or Meta ads - Analytics - Monthly reporting on reach, engagement, follower growth, and e-commerce performance - Adjust content strategy based on insights - Pay: Php30,000\.00 - Php37,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): - What is your notice period?
