Responsibilities • Own and optimize end-to-end customer journey maps across digital products • Identify growth opportunities, customer friction points, and funnel drop-offs using data and behavioral insights • Translate analytics findings into product enhancements and customer experience improvements • Lead development of growth-focused product features and engagement initiatives • Define experimentation strategies, success metrics, and A/B testing roadmaps • Partner with Analytics teams to interpret data and support data-driven product decisions • Collaborate with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Growth teams to align priorities and delivery timelines • Ensure a seamless, trustworthy, and compliant customer experience across all touchpoints Benefits • Competitive Salary Package • PHP90,000 sign-on bonus • Night differential pay to maximize your earnings • Permanent WFH arrangement • HMO coverage with free dependent upon regularization • Prime office location in Ortigas (Easy access to MRT stations, restaurants, and banks) • Fixed weekends off • Salary Advance Program through our banking partner (Eligibility and approval subject to bank assessment.
