Location: Remote Type: Full-time Start date: Before Nov 1 About The Role Own paid growth for a Skincare Wipe product in the Personal Care/Fitness industry from pre-launch setup through scale. You'll set up and run Meta and TikTok ad accounts, build the tracking infrastructure, and be the person accountable for CAC and ROAS — not just executing briefs, but owning the number. You'll also own conversion on our Shopify store. Reports directly to the Founder. Works closely with our creative and AI content teams day to day — briefing them on what's converting. Responsibilities Set up Meta Ads Manager & TikTok Ads Manager, pixel/Conversions API tracking, UTM structure — ready before launch Plan and run paid acquisition campaigns from launch day Own CAC and ROAS against SWIPES' unit economics Feed creative team data-backed direction on angles/formats that convert Creative testing — what converts, and working with our creative team on new angles Shopify conversion and CRO Landing page and offer testing AOV, bundles, subscriptions Retargeting and retention Weekly reporting: spend, results, what's working and what's not Requirements 2+ years running paid social (Meta required, TikTok a plus) for a DTC/ecommerce brand, with real budget accountability Has set up tracking (Pixel/CAPI) themselves, not just relied on someone else Hands-on Shopify experience - theme/page edits, checkout flow, app integrations (bundles, subscriptions, upsells), and using Shopify analytics to guide decisions Available to start pre-launch to help get tracking and accounts ready To apply Apply through our screening form.
