We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Google Ads & Creative Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who specialises in Google Ads optimisation but also has strong graphic design and content creation skills. You will be responsible for improving paid advertising performance while creating high-quality digital content for our campaigns and social media channels. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping and Performance Max. Monitor ROAS, conversions, CPA, budgets and overall campaign performance. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and ongoing campaign testing. Work with GA4, Google Merchant Center and conversion tracking. Create professional graphics, promotional banners and advertising creatives. Design engaging social media posts and campaign content. Create and edit short-form videos, Reels and other digital content. Assist with managing Facebook, Instagram and other social media channels. Analyse results and continuously identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversions and sales. Requirements Proven hands-on experience managing and optimising Google Ads is essential. Strong knowledge of Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns. Good understanding of GA4, Google Merchant Center and conversion tracking. Strong graphic design skills with a professional portfolio. Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar design software. Video editing and short-form content creation experience. Good understanding of social media marketing and Meta platforms. Strong written and spoken English. Analytical mindset with a strong focus on ROAS and measurable results. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and take ownership of campaigns. E-commerce or retail marketing experience is an advantage. Work-From-Home Requirements. Own reliable, high-performance laptop or desktop computer. Reliable high-speed internet connection with a suitable home office setup. You must be able to work Mon-Fri between NZT 10am - 8pm (including 1 Hour Break) Flexibility for occasional weekend work. Comfortable communicating and collaborating remotely with the wider team.
