About The Role N2S Global Workforce Solutions LLC is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Senior Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced ServiceNow IT Service Management solutions that drive operational excellence across our organization. As a Senior Developer, you will be at the forefront of our technology initiatives, working on complex ITSM implementations and custom solutions that support our business objectives. This position offers the opportunity to lead technical projects, mentor junior developers, and shape the future of our IT service delivery capabilities. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, and Service Request functionality Develop and maintain JavaScript code, including client scripts, business rules, and script includes within the ServiceNow platform Create and manage ServiceNow workflows, automations, and orchestration processes to enhance operational efficiency Perform system integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST, SOAP, and other integration methods Conduct comprehensive system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation to ensure solutions meet business requirements Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members Document technical specifications, system designs, and implementation procedures for knowledge transfer and maintenance Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend process improvements Support production environments and respond to critical issues in a timely manner What we're looking for 5\+ years of professional experience as a ServiceNow developer, with at least 3 years focused on ITSM module development Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, including client-side and server-side scripting within the ServiceNow platform Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITSM core modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, and Configuration Management Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, security models, and data relationships Demonstrated experience with system integrations, APIs, and middleware technologies Experience with ServiceNow best practices, platform governance, and performance tuning Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in complex technical environments Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities with the ability to guide junior team members ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) is highly desirable Pay: Php90,000\.00 - Php100,000\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
